Since 1989, Vahe Badalyan, together with his father Romik Badalyan and his brother Vigen Badalyan, has been engaged in entrepreneurial activities, including trade and mediation, spanning finance, information technology, agriculture, and other sectors.
In 1992, he built the first private petrol station in Armenia. Over the following years, he established three more stations and became the founder and owner of one of the country’s major fuel-importing companies. This business he operated for about a decade.
In 1994, he founded Fast Credit LLC. In 2011, the company was reorganized into a credit organization, and on November 9, 2022, it received a banking license from the Central Bank of Armenia, officially becoming Fast Bank CJSC.
Vahe Badalyan also founded Badalyan Brothers LLC, which since 2003 has launched projects in the restaurant, hospitality, and agricultural sectors, including the Caucasus Restaurant Complex, Caucasus Hotel Complex, and Caucasus Agro, among others.
In 2011, he established BetConstruct, one of Armenia’s leading technology companies. For more than a decade, BetConstruct has provided innovative technological solutions, operating branches in dozens of countries and utilizing cutting-edge technologies, including AI and ML.
In 2016, he founded Fast Credit in the United Kingdom, which maintains a competitive position in the market with 14 branches. In 2018, he launched Fast Shift, offering payment and settlement services with 24/7 fast and secure money transfers, over 1,000 payment terminals, and around 400 payment methods integrated into a single platform.
In 2020, he opened the Fjewellery retail chain in the UK. The company is engaged in gold production, sales, and export. Vahe Badalyan is also a co-founder of several technology companies, such as Soft Construct, FinConstruct, BetConstruct, FeedConstruct, PandaMR, and others, that offer software solutions, online platforms, and design tools in Armenia and internationally.
The companies founded by Vahe Badalyan operate in Armenia, France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Romania, Denmark, Sweden, Brazil, and other countries. At the core of the business philosophy is social responsibility, promoting economic, environmental, educational, and cultural development.
Vahe Badalyan also founded the Vahagn Badalyan Charitable Foundation and is actively involved in social and patriotic projects, supporting educational and cultural institutions, renovating schools in border areas, assisting socially vulnerable families, and supporting startups.

Born on January 17, 1975. In 1995, he graduated from the Yerevan State University of Economics and Law. In 1989, he started doing business with his father, Romik Badalyan, and his brother, Vahe Badalyan, making investments in various fields such as information technology, agriculture, and finance. The companies he founded carry out their activities in Armenia and in different countries: the USA, France, England, Latvia, Serbia, Cyprus, etc.
The management of companies founded by Vigen Badalyan is based on the principle of social responsibility, in particular, contributing to the growth of social, environmental, and economic values, thus having a sustainable positive impact on society and business.
A large part of Vigen Badalyan's activities is devoted to charity. In particular, through his funds, he supports families of freedom fighters and servicemen who died to defend our motherland. The Badalians established computer classes in the schools of Talin, Haghartsin, Teghut, and Jermuk.
On April 1, 1994, the first branch of the "Fast Credit" company was opened. Being one of the largest and leading credit organizations of RA, the company received a banking license on November 9, 2022, by the decision of the Central Bank of RA Council.
On March 26, 2003, the "Caucasus Tavern" restaurant was founded. Later, in 2012, the "Caucasus" hotel-restaurant complex was established.
"Vivarobet" company was founded in 2003.
In 2012, they founded the SoftConstruct company in Great Britain, which includes the brands and businesses "BetConstruct," "Ucraft.com," "FinConstruct," and "Startup.center."
Ucraft is a drag-and-drop website builder that allows anyone to create a website. "FinConstruct" is a company that creates software for the financial sector. Since 2014, "Fast Credit" company and now Fast Bank has been working with the programs created by "FinConstruct" company. "Startup.center" is a financing program for startups.
Vigen Badalyan is married and has four sons and one daughter.
