Supplement to the Program Prospectus of the Bonds of Fast Bank CJSC

By Decision No. 1/249 A of July 23, 2025, of the Governor of the Central Bank of Armenia, the Program Prospectus of “Fast Bank” CJSC bonds has been registered.

According to the decision of the Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia No. 1/312A dated 29.08.25, the Supplement to the Program Prospectus of the Bonds of Fast Bank CJSC has been registered.

Starting from August 4, 2025, until November 7, 2025, the Bank places nominal coupon bonds in Armenian drams and US dollars with annual yields of 10.75% and 6.25%, respectively.

Fast Bank will place bonds with a total volume of AMD 10 billion and USD 2 million, with nominal values of AMD 100,000 and USD 100. The bonds will be issued with a maturity of 2 years and semi-annual coupon payments.

The bonds can be purchased at 37 Fast Bank branches.

Specialized independent appraisal organizations are invited to cooperate with “Fast Bank” CJSC.

To participate, it is required to submit the relevant documents and documentary evidence confirming compliance with the specified requirements.

Selection criteria:
Specialized independent appraisal organizations acceptable to the Bank must:

have at least 2 (two) qualified appraisers on staff,
have at least 5 years of active experience in the real estate market of the Republic of Armenia,
have experience cooperating with banks,
be represented in all regions of the Republic of Armenia.
