The service is provided at the Bank's "Tumanyan" branch, located at: Yerevan, Tumanyan Street, Building 24, Area 48.
The safe deposit box service is available to individuals over the age of 18 who are account holders at the bank.
The maximum weight of valuables or items stored in one safe deposit box cannot exceed 25 kilograms.

The safe deposit box service can be used by individuals who are at least 18 years old and also have an account with the Bank.
The Bank provides the safe deposit box service at the Bank’s “Tumanyan” branch, located at: Yerevan, Tumanyan Street, Building 24, Area 4A8.
Access to the safe deposit room is available 24/7, according to the working schedule.
If the customer loses the key to their individual safe deposit box, they must cover the Bank's costs for making a duplicate key or for repairing the individual safe deposit box. In case of key loss, a fee of 15,000 AMD is charged.
If the customer does not release the individual safe deposit box after the rental agreement period expires, the rental agreement will be automatically extended each time for the specified term, with the rental fee being deducted from the customer’s account(s) according to the Bank's tariffs at that time. The automatic extensions will continue as long as the customer’s account(s) have enough funds to cover the rental fee, with currency conversion taking place if necessary, at the exchange rate set by the Bank at the time. If there are insufficient funds in the customer’s account(s) for the extension fee, the customer is obligated to pay a late fee of 500 AMD for each overdue day (penalty applied by the Bank for the breach of contract).
If the safe deposit box is not released by the customer three months after the expiration of the agreement, the Bank has the right to open the individual safe deposit box according to its internal legal procedures and take the contents into custody until the customer comes to claim it. In this case, the customer will pay a storage fee of 500 AMD per day for keeping the contents in the vault, and the fee calculation for not extending the rental agreement will cease.
The Bank will collect the expenses specified in points 4, 5, and 6 of these terms from the funds available in the customer’s account(s), with currency conversion, if necessary, at the exchange rate set by the Bank.
The customer has the right to unilaterally terminate the relationship under these Terms by notifying the Bank in writing in advance and paying all obligations owed to the Bank related to the individual safe deposit box. In this case, the Bank will not recalculate the paid or accrued service fee.
The maximum weight of the items or valuables kept in one safe deposit box cannot exceed 25 (twenty-five) kilograms.
