Fast Bank customers have the right to obtain copies of information about "Fast Bank" CJSC, as stipulated by Part 3 of Article 20 and Part 2 of Article 43 of the RA Law "On Banks and Banking Activities," as well as Articles 16, 120, and Part 1 of Article 126 of the RA Law "On the Securities Market". There is no tariff for providing this information.
The bank provides the requested information within 3 (three) working days of receiving a written application from any individual (unless a different date is specified in the application).
The information is provided according to the method specified in the application. If no method is specified, it will be provided in the same manner in which the application was submitted.
The tariff for printed information provided to the customer is determined by the bank's non-financial service tariffs.
A written application can be submitted in the following ways:

to Bank Head Office or any branch
Via post
