"Fast Bank" CJSC prioritizes and safeguards the confidentiality of bank secrets and personal data for all customers, in compliance with the RA Law "On Bank Secrecy", the RA Law "On Protection of Personal Data", and the ISO 27001 information security management system standard.
The bank ensures the secure storage of both bank secret information and customers' personal data. It has implemented and continuously enhances the hardware, software, and business processes required to securely store information and ensure robust protection of data processing systems.
In implementing its information security function, the bank ensures security throughout the development and operation of software, networks, and data centers, actively identifies hardware and software vulnerabilities, and manages systems for attack and intrusion prevention. The bank identifies potential threats and breach attempts, designs and implements intrusion protection systems, and establishes incident response measures.
To conclude deals, establish business relationships, and develop new products and services that meet customer expectations, the bank processes personal data only with the written consent (hereinafter referred to as the Consent) of the customers or their authorized representatives, and in accordance with the cases and procedures outlined by the RA legislation. The processing of customers’ personal data is terminated once the intended purpose is fulfilled or if the customer or their authorized representative withdraws consent, in accordance with procedures established by the RA legislation.
Customers of the bank have the right to access, modify, and restrict the processing of their personal data, as well as perform other actions as defined by law. To exercise these rights, the personal data subject must submit a written request (including by mail) to any branch or the head office of the bank. In this case, the bank processes the customer’s request within 10 working days.
