To attract and allocate short-term funds, Fast Bank CJSC carries out Repo/Reverse Repo transactions. Through these transactions, the Bank manages short-term liquidity.

The Bank concludes Repo/Reverse Repo transactions exclusively with entities registered and licensed by the Central Bank of Armenia, such as banks, investment firms, investment funds, credit organizations, and insurance companies.

Transactions are conducted using Armenian government treasury bonds, bonds issued by the Central Bank, as well as corporate bonds issued by Armenian commercial banks and credit organizations, listed on the Armenian Securities Exchange.

The main terms of each transaction are determined through mutual negotiations and in accordance with Fast Bank CJSC’s internal procedure for conducting repo and reverse repo operations.
