If the redemption of the certificate results in a positive balance exceeding 100,000 AMD, it can be used:
1․ For agricultural land acquisition, in the amount of up to AMD 5,000,000;
2․ For renovation of property acquired within the scope of the program, in the amount of up to AMD 4,000,000.
The amount of support is determined according to the residence chosen by the beneficiary family, in particular:
1. AMD 5,000,000 per family member, if the property is located in the area included in Appendix 1 to the document;
2. AMD 4,000,000 per family member, if the property is located in the area included in Appendix 2 to the document;
3. AMD 3,000,000 per family member, if the property is located in all other areas not included in points 1 and 2, except for areas located in Zones 1 and 2 of Yerevan

Real estate being acquired/constructed, right to purchase the real estate, and if necessary, additional residential real estate.
Moreover, the living area of the apartment or individual residential house being acquired or constructed shall not be less than 12 square meters for each member of the beneficiary family.

In the case of the construction of an individual residential house, the value may also include the cost of acquisition of a land plot with an area of at least 400 square meters, but not more than AMD 3 million.

- Collateral appraisal fee: AMD 15,000-25,000.
Regardless of fees paid to third parties as specified in these terms, fees for services provided by them may change.

At the time of loan issuance, current loans and guarantees provided against the obligations of other persons must not be overdue or classified as controlled or under stricter categories.
The total number of overdue days for all loans (both repaid and active) within the last 12 months must not exceed 30 calendar days.

The ownership of the property being acquired/constructed is registered in the names of all members of the beneficiary family.

In case of development, sample plans of houses to be constructed
* The construction of an individual residential house is carried out on the basis of reusable sample plans and cost estimate documents for construction of individual residential houses, based on sample plans and cost estimate documents developed by licensed organizations, processed in due procedure of expert examination and agreed with the Urban Development Committee of the Republic of Armenia, through urban development entities that are license holders of individual residential houses construction.
